Technical Support Sales analyst Executive is responsible for receiving inbound calls as well making outbound sales calls to customers and prospects across different regions and countries. They will promote and sell products or services like Printer Repair, Antivirus Sales, Garmin Support, Roku Support and others and provide information to potential customers, and strive to meet or exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities:
* Inbound Sales Calls: Receiving inbound sales calls from potential customers across international markets to introduce products or services and assist them to fix their devices.
* Outbound Sales Calls: Place outbound sales calls to potential customers across international markets to introduce products or services.
* Product Knowledge: Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of the products or services offered to effectively communicate their features and benefits.
* Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport, and addressing their questions and concerns.
* Sales Pitch: Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches and presentations to highlight the value proposition of the products or services.
* Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets, quotas, and KPIs set by the call center or the organization.
* Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities comply with relevant laws and regulations, including data protection and telemarketing regulations.
* Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences in international markets.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
* Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or call center roles.
* Proficiency in English languages, with strong communication skills.
* Familiarity with international sales practices and cultural nuances.
* Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work in US & Canada time zones and adapt to various international markets.
* Strong computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.

Shift Timing: Night Shift (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST)
Salary: upto 7L per Annum as per experience
Incentive: Defined by company as per sales target including Daily as well Monthly incentive
